Will my payment details be secure?
Payment details go through to a secure payment site. You can tell whether a page is secure as 'https' will replace the 'http' at the front of your browser address window. A small locked padlock will also appear in the bottom bar of your browser window.

If I choose not to put my card details on the order how can I pay?
If you would rather not enter your details on our secure server you may use one of the following methods of payment:

Credit or debit cards.
If you are ordering on the web site and you do not want to enter you payment details. Enter sixteen zeros in the credit card number field and any start date, expiry date and security code. Please put in the text field that you would like a member of staff to contact you for the payment details and we will take your payment details over the phone. Please note, we cannot accept Visa Electron cards.

Cheque.
If you are ordering over on the web site and you would like to pay by cheque enter sixteen zeros in the credit card number field and any start, expiry dates and security code. Please put in the text field that you will be sending a cheque. The cheque will be cleared before the order is sent out so allow four working days. Please put your details in with the cheque.

Cash.
You may send cash by special delivery

Are my personal details going to be kept private?
The privacy of your details is very important to us. We will never give any of your details to any other company for marketing or any other reason. Any details you enter on our site will be treated in the strictest confidence and only used to process your orders or send you mailings.

I have asked for newsletters, what do I do if I want to stop them?
Were you have ticked the “please send me your newsletter” box we will send you the newsletter. If you decide you no longer want to receive the latest news and offers every newsletter has a simple link to click this will remove you from our news letter database and you will no longer be sent mailings.
